At Starer-Rizzo-Ruffini, we strive to make the finest quality eye care within everyone’s reach. We do so by participating in many insurance programs and accepting major credit cards.

In an effort to keep costs down, we require payment at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept most insurance plans. Please check your coverage with our office, if you have not done so already. If we do not participate with your insurance provider, we will be happy to complete any insurance forms that you may require to obtain reimbursement. If you are covered by an HMO plan, your coverage requires that you bring your referral with you at the time of your visit in order to be seen by the doctor. If you are not covered by an insurance that we participate with, or you do not have a referral and wish to be seen by the doctor, you may charge your visit to Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.
